			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It is important to note that an alarming 60% of the population are overweight or obese; 54% of the population are not sufficiently active; and 92%  of people have at least one of the  nine major risk factors associated with Cardio Vascular Disease  (CVD) which is largely a preventable disease. (The Australian Institute of Health &#038; welfare)</p>
<p>Some of the commonly known Risk Factors of CVD are : excess body weight, insufficient physical activity, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and  diabetes – all of which regular exercise can improve by reducing blood pressure, improving blood lipid profile, reducing body fat percentage as well as making you look and feel better . So clearly everyone can benefit from physical activity. But At RPT, we understand that in your busy, stressed-out lives, it can be so hard to find the time to exercise or to get motivated, and that’s why our job is to maximise the most of your training session with us so that you get the right amount of physical activity that is suitable to you and your level of fitness.
